My experience was very fair. Everyone I worked with shot me as “straight” as I could expect for a dealership. While they are obviously still trying to sell a car (I’ve done enough sales training to understand when they’re being “salesy”) it was very nice to break down with them on a personal level and actually feel like I was having a human experience in purchasing a vehicle. They told me when they were obligated to tell me about certain programs even when they know I wouldn’t purchase them. It felt much more low pressure than any other dealership experience I’ve had. General experience was overall good. Jaden was professional and pleasant to work with. F&I was really pushy tying to sell an extended warranty (maybe that’s a good thing.)
