I had a 1030 appointment for an oil change, oil filter change, air cabin filter change, and added a car wash. It took two hours to complete. Everyone I was around in the lobby was asking each other how long they had been there because everyone’s service was taking so long. I appreciate the service but would likely go to a different Chevy location next time. I drove over an hour to go to this one after having such a good experience purchasing my car there, and was unfortunately disappointed. More
Was scheduled at 10am for a LOF that was sold to us at the time of purchase, met by a Jen who had an attitude until Tony walked over and agreed to the 10am time which was made by phone several days prior. the time of purchase, met by a Jen who had an attitude until Tony walked over and agreed to the 10am time which was made by phone several days prior. We waited in the waiting room area until about 2pm when told our car was ready. This same lady(Jen) gave us the paperwork and said our car was ready, as walking out to the car I saw the tires were not rotated with a note that they could not find the lug nut lock bolt, we were less than 50 feet inside the dealership so I took the keys back to Jen and said I wanted the the tires totaled, Tony showed up and had the service done, it was now almost 3pm. The waiting area was nice, the service not so nice. Overall not such a good visit. Think that this Jen needs to be retrained and listen to customers and not invite a un-friendly service department. She may have been having a bad day, but she never changed her attitude during our visit. I will avoid her next time.kk More
