My battery went dead on my Cadillac, and I had it jumped, then called and took it to NW Chev Dealership to check it out. Later, the Service Dept. said "we changed the battery and it's under warranty, so no then called and took it to NW Chev Dealership to check it out. Later, the Service Dept. said "we changed the battery and it's under warranty, so no need to pay", and they gave me invoice with 2 pictures of a service man replacing the battery, to prove they changed it. I said great! A couple days later, my battery went dead again, and I needed a tow truck to take it to NW Chev again. We opened the hood and the battery was NEVER replaced, was same old dusty battery -- isn't that fraud?!! Faking a battery replacement? Weird! We were shocked they did that to us! We have bought a few cars over the years there, so we were so surprised they did that. (But the staff was nice otherwise and replaced it quickly.) More
