My 2011 sonata had an engine issue. I brought it to Hub Hyundai and dropped it off after hours. The next morning I got a call from Paul and he said the mechanic was going to inspect my sonata and give me a Hyundai and dropped it off after hours. The next morning I got a call from Paul and he said the mechanic was going to inspect my sonata and give me a call later. About an hour later Paul called me and said the engine was bad. He said it was fully covered with no out of pocket expenses and the engine was on order. This was a 100% hassle free experience. This is the first time in 12 years that I didn’t rate this dealership with a 5 star rating. The only two (2) reasons for the reduction is for a longer than usual time to get my oil change and the most ir this dealership with a 5 star rating. I took my car in for a blown tire and badly damaged wheel. I had to buy a new wheel, and decided to buy 4 new tires. Long story short, I could not get a return call for 3 days!!
