I called for a replacement tire on my '26 crown signia- I spoke with Anthony and he informed me that he needed to order the tire but he would possibly have it later that day- Luckily he called me around 4pm spoke with Anthony and he informed me that he needed to order the tire but he would possibly have it later that day- Luckily he called me around 4pm that the tire indeed arrived. I showed up early Saturday morning at 6 am- By 7 am I was greeted by Veronica Trujillo who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I mentioned that id also like the rear passenger tire inspected as well because I had hit a curb. When my vehicle was ready I asked if they checked it and she said everything was fine, however when I got home I did notice there was a slice in the tire- Good thing I located another tire at another Toyota dealer and luckily the tire specialist examined the tire and said I didn't need it replaced. I'm so grateful for honest dealers. More
