When dropping off my car I waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I also had a crying baby in the car it was very frustrating. The lady that helped me out she was very nice, but she was telling me her mechanic. The technician was recommending me to replace my tires, knowing that my tires are brand new it’s surprise me so much. Sh was telling me her mechanic. The technician was recommending me to replace my tires, knowing that my tires are brand new it’s surprise me so much. She told me that I need to replace my brakes from the front that is correct. But my tires I know I have brand new tires when I told her my tires are brand new. She tells me an excuse oh maybe you need an alignment knowing that my car already has an alignment. I knew her mechanic the technician was wrong incorrect. I was very disappointed. She knew nothing about cars. More
