Taylor was attentive to Katherine’s needs and how much she could afford on a new car. She was already pre approved but they gave her a better deal. Actually came back with 3 deals for her. They were patiently able to work with her and her anxiety over buying her first car. Ryan, in Fianance, was very helpful in explaining the intense paperwork to Katherine. I was impressed as a father to see a car dealership treat a female the way the dd. I was there, but like I told them “I’m dad” it’s her deal. Mind you the first place we went to in Sherman had their stereo so loud that you couldn’t hear the salesman talk. They didn’t have the car advertised ready to look at. Very unprofessional.
