I spent the day speaking with Seth about a Telluride I was interested in buying. I asked him specifically about any dings, scratches, or dents on the vehicle. I wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time since I am 3 1/2 hours away. He assured me the car was clean and free of any damage. I drove the 3 1/2 hours to purchase the car and when I arrived on the lot realized the vehicle was covered with hail damage. The hood and top of the car were covered. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I would never consider buying from this dealership again. More
