Pretty sure when I wrote this review the website forced me to "select" an employee, and I did the best I could. I remembered speaking with a "Pat". But notice I have not called out names in my review. Pretty sure selling a truck with the catalytic converters cut off so that it cannot pass inspection is illegal, but that's exactly what this dealership did. I tried to get some resolution after being lied to that the A/C "just needed freon", and I was told, among other things, "there's a joke in the used car business: if you drive it off the lot and it breaks in half, you better call 2 tow trucks because you own both halves", or something like that. I don't know if this was said by "Pat", "Jake", or someone else but IT HAPPENED. I spent hours on the phone then took off work and spent a morning in person to no avail. The people I dealt with had zero concern that I had been lied to and cheated. THIS IS NO JOKE, THIS DEALERSHIP IS DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT SELLING YOU CRAP USED VEHICLES, AND LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I have never been told so many lies in one business transaction. Or talked with so many "managers" hell bent on cheating my 16 yr old daughter and myself. DON'T WALK, RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I had the truck I purchased inspected by an experienced mechanic and even he didn't catch that the catalytic converters had been cut, and someone had already started disconnecting the AC compressor. It was a "cool" truck but we weren't able to spend additional thousands $$$ to get it to PASS INSPECTION.

A very sad follow up response from Daniel to my original review. Daniel is a very poor asset to this Chrysler dealer and his ignorance seems to still be stunning. When I am being told by the state of oklahoma that what your trying to get me to pay in sales tax to texas is not in line with what the oklahoma tax commission, then I am going to believe the state of oklahoma and not you. Next I had the local bank call you telling you that they did not want you to charge the Texas sales tax and tags and that they were sending me down with a cashiers check for the sale price of the vehicle less the texas tags and taxes and you were very rude and very stupid on the phone with the loan officer. Daniel is a skilled con man and gets very rude with anyone who catches him is his lies and cons. Again, the best thing anyone could do is avoid Bonham Chrysler. Thank you
