I told them the exact minivan that I wanted and had them appraise my trade. They never gave me a number for my trade and even though they several times promised to call me back after he talked to a manager appraise my trade. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2012 vehicle with 2100 BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2012 vehicle with 2100 miles last month from Bonham Chrysler. I was assured by the dealership that the vehicle was "pe BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a 2012 vehicle with 2100 miles last month from Bonham Chrysler. I was assured by the dealership that the vehicle was "perfect". They provided me with a "clean" Carfax and assured me that the vehicle had NO paintwork. I wired cash and flew a family member to Texas and had them drive the car back to Utah for me. WIth the first wash of the vehicle, I noticed that the passenger door was a different shade of white. Upon further examination of the vehicle, it was clear that the door has been repainted and there is overspray on the dash of the vehicle. This vehicle had been owned by Chrysler from the day it was built so I was sure that the dealership would want to "take care of me" in some way. Although my salesman seemed empathetic to my issue, the management at Bonham told me they had no responsibility. Yes, that is right, I buy a car with a clean Carfax and when I learn that the entire door had been repainted and unreported, Bonham Chrysler tells me to "pack sand". Don't make the mistake I made. Make sure you put your very own hands on the vehicle and check it yourself before you buy, these guys ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY AND MOVING THE CAR OFF THE LOT. More

DO NO BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS YOU ARE A MECHANIC. My daughter fell in love with a truck here, even though the AC didn't get cold. The sales guy told us at least 3 times "it just needs some MECHANIC. My daughter fell in love with a truck here, even though the AC didn't get cold. The sales guy told us at least 3 times "it just needs some freon." We got an ok deal on this older truck so we took a chance. Turns out we were outright lied to. My mechanic said the compressor was locked up, the hoses were already disconnected, and someone had started disconnecting the wires to remove it, and that there was absolutely NO WAY that they didn't know the compressor was out. I called them and they basically said it was the sales guy's word against mine. He said he never told us that it only needs freon. YOU CANNOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Deal at your own risk. Used car sales are "at your own risk." We checked that everything else was working, but were not knowledgeable enough to spot this problem. BEWARE THE CROOKED USED CAR DEALER; WORSE THAN THE STEREOTYPE. When I called to speak to the manager, he was conveniently on a call. Someone else called me back, and said they would do nothing about this to make it right. The sales people can tell you anything to get you to buy the car, and the management is PERFECTLY FINE WITH THIS. They even answer their phone stating they operate with family values. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, and never have I been treated like this. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST DEALER. More
