This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any business in my 59 years. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism or such confusing and questionable sales tactics. Throughout the process, employees gave inconsistent answers, avoided direct questions, and created the impression that transparency was not a priority. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating ordeal. Based on my experience, I would not recommend NJ Exotic Motors to anyone. I hope they make major changes in how they treat customers and conduct business. More

Slick talking scammers I wish I looked up the reviews on this place before I bought from them. the worst part is the made up fee which brings up the total price of the car.. he calls it pre-safety inspection and charge 2500 for that which is the other fees worth $399 $699 and then that one for 2500 that one was a made up fee to go in his pocket I asked him what he consist of he says basically when they get the car they fix it up so that there’s no headaches when the person buys the car meaning they put brakes oil change things like that if that was true I wouldn’t have a tire that were worn down to the wire when I drove the car off the lot and the very expensive air-conditioning issue which has me sweating every time I drive the car it’s been unpleasant drive since I’ve had this car. when I go there and I hear other people who are there complaining about issues then I realize exactly what I’m involved in now a new issue was not getting the license plates and have an expired temporary plate which they tell you to blame it on them if you get pulled over still have to take away time to go to court and still have to have to pay off these tickets I may get and so far another person has had the same issue I’m sure there are many they have a month to get the plates I don’t know why they haven’t done it very shady people come across as genuine and you’re very beginning I definitely got duped More

Absolutely horrible customer service. Told to fill out a credit app. Did so and no response. My credit has already been ran I deserve an answer. I've said repeatedly that if I don't qualify to just let me know. I'm told I qualify and someone will get back to me. I don't see how they are still in business. Other reviews say they have you come see the car then say it's sold. Horrible!!! More

There not professional. I was looking at the BMW, they said its not working. So, why advertise it. The 2006 BMW, they said its sold as is, no service and maybe a detail.
