We were not excited about having to car shop and were already sick of the constant phone calls and texts from car salesmen. My parents had purchased a car from Novak two years ago and have been very impressed so they recommended we check them out. From the beginning, these guys were so helpful but not pushy and didn’t constantly call and text. They were patient with us while we worked with insurance for weeks and they made the process extremely fast when we were about to lose our rental. From the moment we met them to the second we drove off the lot, they were available for us anytime without being annoying and pushy. We love our new car and know, if we have any issues, they will be quick to address them. We are very happy customers and will be recommending them to friends and family!! More
