This review comes straight from the heart of a family that just bought its very first car in the U.S. after living here for nearly 15 years — a stunning 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Platinum Max. This wasn’t just another car buying experience. We had never heard of Novato Toyota before this, but Laith’s communication, honesty, and efforts made us trust him instantly. He went above and beyond to find one of the most in-demand Toyota models for us earlier than any dealership in the Bay Area. And we were so confident in him, we drove nearly 100 miles from our home — that’s 200 miles round trip — just to buy the car from them. That says a lot. We were exhausted — my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I — but even with the long drive and a full day of paperwork, it all felt 100% worth it. Our daughter, who usually dislikes long car trips and waiting, was genuinely happy — and as parents, when you see even your child feel the joy, you know you made the right decision. Thomas, the manager, treated us like family — literally like an elder brother, with heartfelt blessings and support throughout. When a Toyota policy got in the way of what would have made us happiest, both Laith and Thomas worked extremely hard to find a way to make it happen — and they did. This dealer is cheater, i called and chat with the online person Michael , he is totally fraud i asked him before i go to the store that vehicle is available? because i am coming from so far Sacramento he s person Michael , he is totally fraud i asked him before i go to the store that vehicle is available? because i am coming from so far Sacramento he said yes its available , at least 5 times i confirmed even before i left the home i asked him and he said yes... i was just 20 mins far from the dealership he sent me message that vehicle is being test drive when i reached there they said vehicle sold .. whole my day was ruin .. the manager do not have a sense how to talk with the customer.. he told me we can not wait it is first come first sell.. i said ok at least you could tell me in advance that we are not holding the vehicle ..but they did not said anything ... totally fraud... totally unmanaged , do not talk to them internet they are fraud...
