After doing an emergency drop off for a blown tire, I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the service was done. Very mixed review. The sales aspect was great. Met Chris on a Sunday and 2 hours later signed the deal on my CPO Sierra HD Denali back in July 2023. I sold the truck The sales aspect was great. Met Chris on a Sunday and 2 hours later signed the deal on my CPO Sierra HD Denali back in July 2023. I sold the truck in December 2023. In early January 2024 I requested a refund of my extended service warranty and GAP insurance. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for my refund, but closer to 8 weeks. About a month later, I received a check from the former lien holder for the GAP portion. At 8 weeks I followed up with Mason Moore from the finance office who informed me that the refund check was sent on 2/26/24, but was sent to my old address in NH, even though they had my new address in NC. I told him that it should be forwarded to my new address and we would give it a few days. Nearly 2 weeks later, no check.. but I am getting forwarded mail. I again reached out to Mr. Moore and was told he would update me “when this is resolved” whatever that means. I know, with absolute fact, that the funds were refunded to the dealer from their underwriter in January but they have dragged their heels cutting the check for the nearly $4000 refund. My next move is to file a claim in the courts later this week if still no response. Moral of the story, sales good, but shop around for your extended warranty. Shop other GM dealers for a GM backed warranty and get the best price. And don’t finance the warranty through your loan. We did this with previous cars. We had much better pricing, better warranty service and when we cancelled the warranty it was cancelled and refunded in days. More

I appreciate your team upselling me on the extended warranty which noone can provide me information on nor give me their contact information. Please note I purchased this vehicle approximately 6 months ago, yes only 6 months ago and it has 50k miles on it....so you're either selling lemons, not holding the quality of service and products to an expected quality customers should be receiving or truly just do not care about your job and the quality of service you offer. I personally knew there was something causing wear on my tires, 1 week after my scheduled maintenance that your team failed to notice at it's maintenance date and also failed again when I returned a week later stating something was wrong. From there I went to another service center who quickly understood the noise I was hearing was indeed an issue causing wear on my tires. After I brought my car back for a 3rd time your team offered to diagnose my car after I paid, until I spoke with management. Until you can provide actual satisfactory service or support for clients I highly recommend GMC to everyone right next door for all of their car's service needs. More
