The problem you have is lack of Auto Technicians. It's hard for Service Manager to enforce what they expect of them. So they try their best to get by. Til you have enough Technicians. The service manager has their back against the wall. Michelle is wonderful. She has quite a nut to Crack. I, being a Chevrolet, Buick Service Manager for 30 years. Have experienced this kind of situation. I have been around the world with GM for excellent achievements. I think Michelle should be appreciated and have a littke more assistance in finding more Technician's. I was a ASE Mastertech. I hope you realize that a A tech is worth $40 - $60 hour. If I can be of any assistance. Let me know. I'm 73 years old. Advice, warranty assistance, employee evaluation. One thing you don't need is a dissatisfied Auto Tech. It's spreads through the shop.
