I saw the car online, I left a message and the sales manager got right back to me to make an appointment to see and test drive the car( 2020 Impala Premier) it went well. I was fist offered $1000 for a 2010 Cadillac DTS I was kinda ready to walk but they upped it to $1750 which was still nothing compared to it's worth.. I see them all over the internet for $8000-$10,000 the car did have warning lights on but repairable ( no check engine) the car ran well and was in very good condition and I had put 4 brand new tires on it the week before. I understand that the trade in at a dealer is always low but that's the only thing I felt as though I was taken on, but I had no where to store it to sell it privately so I took one for the team. As far as the impala goes it's a very nice car I like it.but I did pay $1200 extra to have the dealer put on 4 new tires because the tires on it were all cracked and dry rotted. And I know I could have got them for less but I just wanted them done asap. The last thing is the extended warranty I bought. I look all over the internet for reviews on it. It's called DRIVANT and can't find anything so I'm still in the process of looking deeper into it because I did buy the platinum from Mason that was about $4000 plus I got the dent, rim and tire coverage. But I still give the dealer a 5 everyone is very friendly and professional and I would consider buying from them again and recommending them to friends and family and again Blake Nunn is a good guy and a good asset to the Lannan auto group. More

Went for oil change appointment at 8:00 am which was the First appointment of the day. 6 people came in after me and they all finished and I was still not done and waited an additional 1/2 hour .
