So disappointed and disgusted. They had my husbands truck for almost a month for engine work. And still had not started working on it. We finally got fed up and picked up the truck. No responsibility taken or apologies from service center. Nothing just excuses and blame passing. We have never felt so unimportant as a customer. Just gave us our keys and sent us on our way. Will never come back. More

Bryan in service helped my older grandparents out 2 times and I had to say something. They came home and just bragged about how this “sweet man took care of us again” I haven’t met him but I wasn’t sure wher and I had to say something.
