They consistently start your vehicle work an hour plus after arriving for your appointment. Once they start it takes another 2-3 hours to get your tires rotated and oil changed. I came with no service lig after arriving for your appointment. Once they start it takes another 2-3 hours to get your tires rotated and oil changed. I came with no service lights on and left with two for my tires. Not once but twice before they fixed their mistake. My last service appointment two weeks ago is the last time I will bring my truck there. More

I didn't feel Damon was personable nor customer-friendly..very matter-of-fact. I appreciate svc video assessment by technician; video would have meant more to me if technician used audio to identify parts of car he was videotaping to better understand repair recommendations. Martin Honda technicians do this with their assessments. Otherwise, service was completed in a satisfactory manner. Check-out process was streamlined and associate was friendly. More
