The people I interacted with in the bay were clueless, gave me a hard time for no apparent reason, I asked could I just leave the vehicle for an oil change, and was told it’s not gonna happen, I thought i gave me a hard time for no apparent reason, I asked could I just leave the vehicle for an oil change, and was told it’s not gonna happen, I thought it kinda strange, so I went inside and spoke to the lady at the window and was told I definitely can leave my truck for service, so between the rude guy in the bay and the window needs to be addressed! Everything else was the way a customer should be treated! Would I purchase another truck from there, absolutely not, but for service I think I would call first to avoid people who are clueless as to how things are done around this buisness! More
