Overall a very positive experience. Nice atmosphere in the dealership. A lot of smiles and acknowledgement. We have bought both of our vehicles from Felicia. We previously bought our New 2011 Chev. Equinox in 2011 from her and just recently bought our used 2011 dodge caliber. This dealership is the best Chevy dealership in the area. We visited two others yesterday and felt like they were doing us a favor by even talking to us. Buying a car in the days of the internet has changed. Car buyers are much more knowledgeable than they used to be.
