I was very disappointed in the overall service to my vehicle. I dropped my car off the night before the scheduled service. I was booked as either the first or second slot of the day (I booked the appoin vehicle. I dropped my car off the night before the scheduled service. I was booked as either the first or second slot of the day (I booked the appointment over a week in advance). I didn't hear from Wayne until 2:00 pm about what needed to be done to the car (I just needed an inspection sticker and an oil change). He then told me that there was additional work needed- and to compmete it they would not be able to finish the car that day. Also the repair total would be $3000. I needed the car the following morning- so this was not an option. I asked if they could at least get the work done needed in order to pass the sticker- I was told no. When I arrived to get my car I was charged $135 for an oil change- the one service that was actually completed but that I would have passed on had I know what they would charge. So really- I was without a car for a full day, spent $200 between ubers and an oil change- and didn't get any of the work that I actually needed -colmpleted. I sent the suggested repairs to another garage (without pricing) and was quoted $1400 (less than half). So on top of it I feel like you were trying to rip me off. I have now had 3 separate negative experiences at this dealership. More
