Up to my visit on 6/15/24 everything was good. The service on 6/15 I was told by Wayne he would use a coupon for my oil change because I forgot mine at home but I guess he forgot. My only other issue was the strong cigarette smell from Wayne that was unpleasant and had to use my inhaler. But overall waiting room was remodeled and comfortable along with the service entrance. Disappointed in the extreme lack of communication. Our Camaro was there for 8 days. We called daily for an update but it fell on deaf ears. No one would return our calls. We understand delays occur. This was an unexpected service since I experienced a disappointing breakdown after only 4K miles of owning the vehicle. It was towed to the dealership over the weekend and I expected that I would have to call on Monday but I was impressed that Sydney the service representative reached out first thing in the morning. She said she would call me later in the day and when we spoke she explained that unfortunately it was still not fixed. I inquired about a rental and arrangements were made within the hour. Much to my surprise the vehicle was repaired within a couple of days and I was able to return my rental on site which was very convenient. More
