Worst experience with a car EVER Purchased a 2019 with 2106 miles on it. Picked up a car with 3160 miles on it. Was bullied into financing but refused it, so couldn't get best price. The car wasn't even cleaned or detailed, oil wasn't changed. Front suspension is very suspect but I wouldn't have these jokers look at it anyway. Professionalism and detail is not their strong suit. When picking up the car the salesman, want even get rob he promised he would be, he had me say up Onstar, on the wrong car! Then said OK, you're good to go. Uhhh no! This car had no plates or registration!! Ohhh, it's the wrong car.... DOH! Time to find a real cat dealer..... More

No pressure, easy going, called when he said he would, did what he said he would. The whole experience was very relaxed. I found the car online, came prepared with comps and expected a certain price. I expected to get the price but the service was a bonus. They even send me a check back for the registration i did not end up doing with them. Best car experience i have had so far. More

They came to play! I did a ton of back and forth with another large dealer and then came in to Boch with the numbers. Boch Chevy quickly beat both the lease numbers and I did a ton of back and forth with another large dealer and then came in to Boch with the numbers. Bad experience with service When i bought my Chevrolet Traverse from Boch Chevrolet, i was told that the first 2 services were free. I did my first service through my local Herb When i bought my Chevrolet Traverse from Boch Chevrolet, i was told that the first 2 services were free. I did my first service through my local Herb Connolly Chevrolet since there closer and Boch Chevrolet was 30 miles from my home. Herb Connolly Chevrolet told me that the 2nd service wasn't free. So i called Boch Chevrolet Service and they said to bring my car there and the 2nd service is indeed free. I drove 30 miles to get the service done at Boch Chevrolet and when i reached the service advisor now said that the service is not free. When i asked them who took my appointment and said the service was free, they said she is not available. Now, i could have done the service done at my local Chevrolet and paid for the service, not a concern. But the concern is they told lies and i have to drive 30 miles just to get my oil change done. Also the way they handle my concern was the worst way you could handle a customers concern.I wouldn't advise to go to Boch Chevrolet Norwood to anyone. More

Salesman screwed up the registration I was transferring then makes it my responsibility to clean it all up Was told they couldn’t and didn’t match the paint to cover scratches in the door threshold because the body shop wouldn’t help with that More attention needs to be placed on the customer and less on interdepartmental squabbles... Verrry dissatisfied with the “ service “ and will never buy another vehicle here again More
Horrible experience They were quick to get papers signed and take the payment for the vehicle. Had repair work in writing from the dealership that was supposed to be done before delivery. They did nothing on the work order and on top of that they gave me a vehicle with a Rejection sticker. Said I needed to drive it 100-200 miles and then I could bring it back for a sticker , free of charge. When I went back and complained the sales manager Mike said I could return the vehicle but wouldn’t receive any credit on tax , title , Reg, etc even though I was in possession of it for less than 2 hrs. I then offered to buy a higher priced vehicle if they would take the vehicle back but again he couldn’t be bothered to offer any help or guidance. When I asked if I should get a lawyer he just shrugged. By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have decided to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere out of my own pocket for sanity sake. More
