Very bad experience. I came here for a car inspection. I received a rejection sticker and was told that I needed to spend $1500 on various maintenance fixes so that I coul I came here for a car inspection. I received a rejection sticker and was told that I needed to spend $1500 on various maintenance fixes so that I could pass the check. I was very skeptical, so I went to a different inspection site the next day, and my car passed with flying colors without having done any of the maintenance fixes. I feel like it’s wrong to generate business by failing vehicles that don’t need any work done. I’m very disappointed in the service I received here. More

Surprised by lack of professionalism in Service Dept For the purchase of my new vehicle I enjoyed working with the Marco Pires and Paul Costine, they were aware and attentive, I have no issue with them. I would rate them with five stars, however, this survey ask about he dealership as a whole, so I answered accordingly. However, my experience with service dept. follow: My first poor experience was when I brought my trade (2012 Z71) in to service to have the wheels & tires, traded out with new Silverado, I purchased. The Yvonne took my information, during which Brian came out and I talked with him and asked a question about my other vehicle (Malibu) to which Brian suggested I make an appt. I turned to the Yvonne and asked about making an appointment and she abruptly & fairly unkindly, told me "I have to get this woman (pointing to another customer) out of here" You'll have to call next week. I walked away feeling I was bothering her. Had tires & wheels switched out from trade to new vehicle. The very next morning, I sadly discovered one of the lug nuts was floating around inside the cover of the wheel. I called and had to make an unplanned visit to service. Mike Andrade greeted me, He was friendly and helpful...however, once I left him, I waited a considerable amount of time, given the circumstances. After waiting I entered the service bay...Mike was busy with another customer....I saw my vehicle outside...a service rep. sitting at the other end station from Mike, was not with a customer. I said "excuse me"...."quick question", the tech did not look up, grunted and appeared unhappy I interrupted him. I pointed to my truck and asked if he knew if it was ready. Seeming a bit pissed he rudely asked "who you working with?" I said, I checked in with Mike...abruptly and again rudely, he said "you have to go ask him", to say that I was taken aback by the behavior would be a mild understatement. I had no idea I was "working with anyone" except the service dept. I have been to that service dept. many times when it was under Clay and never experienced bad attitudes as I did in my limited contact on the 27 & 28 Jan. I am not an overly sensitive person, nor was a looking to agitate anyone. You asked, I explained. More
