ALL FEATURES HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED AND HE MADE THE PHONE CALL TO ONSTAR FOR ME, THEN LEFT THE CAR TO MAKE SURE I HAD PRIVACY WHEN I MADE UP THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD. Simply Ammazing My Wife and I were coming up to the end of our lease and with most people we were getting anxious knowing our monthly payment would go up and being ab My Wife and I were coming up to the end of our lease and with most people we were getting anxious knowing our monthly payment would go up and being about 1000 miles over the allowed miles we were going to have to pay that as well. Let's Just say that Shawn Frazier and Mike Dapaolo at Boch Chevrolet went above and beyond to help us through this and get us in a new Traverse with little to no stress. After reviewing our information initially it looked like the numbers just weren't going to work for us. So we went to see a family friend at another Chevy Dealership and they were great as well, and even got us to a number that was going to be a little easier to manage. Well once I called Boch Chevy and talked to Mike he went and pulled off a miracle, and got the numbers even lower to the point that our monthly payment is only increasing by $36 a month from our previous lease. So thank you Shawn and Mike for making miracles happen!!!! More
Worst dealer experience of my life Let’s just say I’m not a newbie when it comes to purchasing used cars in my 20 years of driving. My most recent purchase was at a much more customer f Let’s just say I’m not a newbie when it comes to purchasing used cars in my 20 years of driving. My most recent purchase was at a much more customer friendly large dealership. So I call about a used truck w 6.2L engine (small market) at Boch Chevrolet on 7/25. I try to talk price over the phone and the snotty receptionist tells me “presence is persuasive.” Fine, except I live 1.5 hours away. Thinking there would be a negotiating possibility based on the receptionists statement, I pack my wife and 3 young kids in our car that night and head there. I get there and the truck I called about has a dead battery. Great! The receptionist had told me that was a popular truck too. Oh, ok... The salesman also says “there’s nothing I can do, service is closed now.” I tell him to find a jumper pack or cables because I didn’t waste a 1.5 hours of driving for nothing. He relunctantly finds one and we drive it. Bring it back and I’m ready to talk numbers. Mind you I have no trade, a large sum of cash in my pocket, and financing lined and ready to go. I try to talk numbers and they don’t move on price. Not even a penny. Even after the truck was on their lot for 65 days at that moment. I tell them they’d have it sold at that moment if they could work with me and I disclosed what I had in my pocket. They obviously didn’t want to make a sale or a future returning customer apparently. So I leave immediately. Then 4 days later, what do they do? Lower the price of the truck by $500!!!!! Hey Boch, thanks for lying to my face and wasting 3 hours of mine and my families time. SCREW YOU! More

Quick and easy experience My wife and I went in to check if we could do something with a vehicle we were financing and had a big negative equity on it.
