2018 Suburban My wife and I needed a bigger car for our growing family (2 kids with another on the way). We thought that we were destined to own a mini van and were My wife and I needed a bigger car for our growing family (2 kids with another on the way). We thought that we were destined to own a mini van and were ready to sign away at Boch Toyota. I told the salesman I just wanted to go up the street to Boch Chevy to get my dreams of owning a suburban crushed and we would be right back to sign on the dotted line. We had no appointment and were greeted very kindly at the door by reception. She wrote our name down and said someone would be with us shortly. We walked outside to look around and within minutes Russell (Scott) Shoemaker approaches us and introduced himself. I told Scott about my pipe dream of owning a Suburban and he asked our budget, which was limited and I knew it. I told him if it was a waste of time then just tell me flat out and we wouldn’t waste his time. Scott told us if he thought there was no way he could do it, he wouldn’t waste our time. He said, “I truly think I can get this done for you”. Scott asked us a couple questions about what kind of car we were coming in with and if he could take it off our hands. I told him he could gladly have my 2003 Tahoe if he got me into a suburban. Scott took a quick ride up the street and came back with the exact suburban trim, exterior color and interior color my wife and I wanted without ever asking us what color we were looking for, he’s that good. I said how the heck did you Know exactly what we wanted? He told me that he knew it when I told him I had a dark grey Tahoe. The whole time we were with Scott it was like hanging out with someone we had known for a long time. At no time did I feel as though I was getting a sales pitch or being strong armed. He got us into the exact car we wanted for the price we had told him we were able to pay. We honestly walked out of that dealership feeling as though we had won, which I thought wasn’t allowed when shopping for a car. I just picked up the suburban today and Scott showed me every last detail of the thing. He knew everything there was to know about that car and it was amazing. When we parted ways he told me that I could call him with any question I had, ever, even if I thought it was stupid. In closing, I feel as though my wife and I were lucky to have been able to deal with Scott this past Sunday. I feel as though Boch Chevy is extremely lucky to have him working there. If I ever buy another car in the future it will be from Scott, so I hope he stays with Boch Chevy, because if he doesn’t, I’m going wherever he is working. Brian McDermott More

I was thinking of buying my lease out because I really enjoyed my 2015 equinox but when I started working with Shawn I decided it wasn’t worth it and went ahead and at least a 2018 Tracy. Both the Chevy equinox and this car today I least from Shawn And hope he is there in three years so I can lease another car from him. He is very personable and an excellent sales person that should be recognized. I’ve been very happy with both of my Chevrolet and hope he is there in three years so I can lease another car from him. New 2018 Colorado! I haven been looking for a truck for a while, been to inúmerous delarahips which ones didn’t make an effort to make a deal. Boch Chevrolet on route I haven been looking for a truck for a while, been to inúmerous delarahips which ones didn’t make an effort to make a deal. Boch Chevrolet on route 1 was a complete different experience. We arrived at the delarship and instantly someone greeted us and offered to gives us the key to the vehicle we were looking for. The first day we met Shawn that was very helpful and took us for a test drive, Mike the manager in charge also did an awesome job trying to help us out with our trade in. Day 2 we had to start our deal with Samuel since Shawn wasn’t there. Sam was incredibly professional and very friendly, he went above and beyond on getting us the car that we wanted. Samuel even got us the exact color we were looking for! Denny’s in the Finance Department was equaly very professional, he patiently explained everything about our purchase. Thank you Boch Chevy!
