Asked about seeing them was deer in the headlights look from the salesman he went for a walk came back to get some information was told there was no high country trucks in stock if I wanted to locate one it would be full sticker price sales manager was a total jerk with wise cracks. Won’t go back no one should wondered why no one was there now I know why salesman was ok I am sure I won’t get a call back since he through my information in the trash while I was still sitting at the desk so maybe he wasn’t ok More

Poor, very slow and NEVER AGAIN Let me start by saying that Boch Chevrolet is the slowest dealership I have ever worked with. After spending more than 2 hours waiting for my salesman Let me start by saying that Boch Chevrolet is the slowest dealership I have ever worked with. After spending more than 2 hours waiting for my salesman Eric A to complete a sale on a 2013 Ford Focus that I was paying cash for. I finally left the dealership without the car. Let me explain. I am a resident of Rhode Island. So the dealership had to register the car in RI. On the next business day they had to physically take the car to RI to get the VIN number checked and register the car. Okay, you say. But, there is more. When I picked up the car 3 days later the car wasn't inspected in RI. No sticker! And only 1 programmed key! When I asked Eric I was told that I would have to get the car inspected. And if I wanted another key I would have to leave the car and pay more. What a joke....I would NEVER purchase another car from them period!!! Oh, and the Sales manger Lee. He called and left a message for me to call him back. So I did, but nothing but his voicemail!!! Surprise. They are a joke. Worst customer service I have ever had. More

Great experience Mark M. and the team and Boch Chevy were fantastic. This is my first lease and I honestly only went in today to learn more about leases. Mark was very knowledgeable about about the entire fleet but I had my eye on the Colorado. After going through all the trims and options and making sure I was absolutely comfortable with the truck we started (the usually harrowing) financing process. The Boch team made it such a breeze. I was in and out in no time and back to pick up my new truck in a few hours. What an experience!!! I highly recommend Mark and his team to anyone in the market for a new car or truck. More
