I'm still waiting for a call back from the financial manager at the dealership after I couldn't get through to anyone in service and had to get ahold of a salesman to try to tell me why my wife has to s manager at the dealership after I couldn't get through to anyone in service and had to get ahold of a salesman to try to tell me why my wife has to sit in the waiting room for over two hours to perform a routine oil change when the excuse this time is that 'other people dropped off their cars early or late'. This happens every single time. I was sold this plan to make it easy on me and my wife. Instead of just causes me more headaches. I'm not speaking for any technicians, but the service is terrible when it's a 'scheduled' time. More
