disappointing service experience and vehicle performance Leased vehicle scheduled service, oil change, tire rotation. Vehicle indicated Stabilitrak servicing needed although less than 7k mileage. When I mentioned to Service Associate at check-in desk he seemed overwhelmed and distracted. There were at least two other Associates at monitors but not assisting arriving customers. They didn't appear to be assisting customer volume. When providing service to Chevrolet customers, does the Boch service group work only as individuals or a team? Seems to lack efficiency as I've seen elsewhere. Technician had to order part and identified malfunctioning sensor. Again, vehicle has low mileage so the problem seems to indicate lack of component quality of vehicle. Are there other potential equipment issues if I were an owner?? More

I have no way to determine if the $700 + bill was appropriate......was I "taken"...perhaps. I continue to return as I''m invested in the safety of my 2011 Accent. The best I can say is they responded to the need in a timely manner for which I am grateful. BTW, a nice freshly brewed hot cup-o-joe, on the house, while waiting would be a step in the right direction :).
