Absolute legends — need I say more? I’d never owned a Chevy, never spent a cent at this dealership, and was bringing in a now-discontinued Chevy Volt. There’s actually another Chevy I’d never owned a Chevy, never spent a cent at this dealership, and was bringing in a now-discontinued Chevy Volt. There’s actually another Chevy dealer just a few minutes from my house, but I wanted to build a relationship with a dealership known for its reputation and customer service. So I gladly drove the extra 7 miles to give these guys a shot. My car ended up being at the dealership for almost a week while they waited for a warranty part to arrive. There was a slight communication gap at the beginning, but after reaching out to the manager, Gary, everything changed. They immediately adapted while my vehicle was still in their care, keeping me informed with regular updates, photos, and videos throughout the process. A dealership willing to make adjustments on the fly and improve the customer experience in real time says a lot about how they operate. Once the part arrived, the car was repaired the very same day. Chris was fantastic from start to finish. Considering this was my first experience with the dealership, I couldn’t be more impressed.
