Unsatisfied with service, and not returning my calls. Spoke with Joe in service multiple times, with promises of a return call from the service manager, but nothing. Took my car in for a noise underneath, and they told me that replacing the sway bar links and rear shocks would take care of it. It didn't. They did not properly diagnose the problem. I went for a ride with the tech later, and he identified the problem in about 5 minutes. Had they done that earlier, I would not have spent almost $1000.00 to NOT fix the problem. The only thing I asked after that was to give me a discount on the parts, not even looking for a break on the labor, though it would be nice too. More
