I was pleased with everything Emily and her team did UNTIL I got in my car and noticed tires. I had asked not to return them to me. I left my car to have an oil change and when I left, I saw it was in the shop a little after 9 am so I figured it would not take long for my car to be ready. I requested my car back by 3 pm as I had an appointment to be at for 3:15 pm and I never received my car until 3:45 pm after I called multiple times to see if it was ready and if they would be delivering my car since I did not have a ride.
