30,000 mile check up Service was super easy. to set up appointment was easy. Drop off is easy. Customer service and explanation was great Oil change,transmission oi Service was super easy. to set up appointment was easy. Drop off is easy. Customer service and explanation was great Oil change,transmission oil change,and all air filters. Parts came to $100. Service charge $200. I personally can do an oil change on my car in 15 minutes. I am not sure the time requirements to change transmission fluid and air filters. But $200 for labor seems excessive. More

I knew exactly what I wanted and he listened to me and didnt try to push anything else on me. He explained the car's features very well and showed me all of the important stuff I'd need to know! Overall it was a great first experience buying a car and I would definitely go back if I wanted another Ford when it's time for another new car. Highly recommend! More
