Had a great experience buying my 2023 F-150. They gave me a fair trade in value up front, didn’t try to upsell anything and were attentive to my needs instead of just following a sales script. Doesn't put himself in others shoes. Just says what needs to be said to get a sale. Just says what needs to be said to get a sale. More
I worked with Tom Staples in the sale of an F150. I had an unfortunate experience in the days prior to meeting Tom with other dealers and had a little sour taste in my mouth. I was 2 hours away from Tom and not only was he responsive, detailed and on the ball, he arrange delivery service for my new vehicle right to my door! I didn't have to sign anything prior to them delivery, I still got the chance to look at the truck and test drive before signing on the dotted line. Despite being 2 hours away I will be reaching out to Tom next time I need a new vehicle, he made the process the easiest I've ever experienced. You're the man Tom!! More
Really don't like writing bad reviews, but this was a very bad experience that I thought I should share and maybe help others from making the same bad decision with this dealership. I purchased a used tr very bad experience that I thought I should share and maybe help others from making the same bad decision with this dealership. I purchased a used truck from Nu car Plymouth. Soon after the purchase I had the first oil change service and discovered the whole exhaust was leaking, and multiple shocks were blown out and leaking. I called them multiple times about the issues, as they do not pass NH state inspection. I got the run around with the blame being passed back and forth from sales and service as to who was going to take care of the issues. I then was told that I was on my own and they don't warranty state inspection issues. Paid over $35,000 for a certified used truck and was promised there would be no issues with it upon delivery and how they are a new dealership name and take care of their customers. Now I'm stuck with a non inspectable truck. They will not return my phone calls now. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with Nu Car Plymouth. Save yourself the hassle and take your business to someone else with some integrity. More

Went in and explained to the very sweet new salesgirl that I would not sit around for hours to get a crappy deal. She had 15 minutes to bring the deal back. Well as we could see her talking with the dec that I would not sit around for hours to get a crappy deal. She had 15 minutes to bring the deal back. Well as we could see her talking with the decision-maker. An older condescending man. She saw us start to get up at the 15-minute mark and came to us with an offer on the trade-in for half the average trade-in from not just NADA, Kelly BB, but Carvana and Cargurus. Needless to say, we would not waste our time with their old-school tactics. Apparently, they don't think that in this day and age that people will educate themselves before talking to a dealer. Perhaps the old crusty finance person needs to learn how to run a computer. What happened to the days of just simple respect? Respect for our time, respect for our intelligence. If you want to play the game of getting horrible deals and overpaying in an inflated market, here is your dealership. More
