Purchased 2108 Escape, second key not provided as promised. Car was driven up from Tilton dealership and folder with extra key was, "forgotten". Was told it would be delivered in a day or so the lat promised. Car was driven up from Tilton dealership and folder with extra key was, "forgotten". Was told it would be delivered in a day or so the latest. A month later and many follow ups, still no response. Finally had to go to service department to buy and pay to have a second key programmed. $287.41. Word or caution, if you buy a car from this dealer, do not take delivery with any items missing. Get the promise in writing! This is not your typical local shop where you can simply trust what you are being told! To bad, tried to shop locally in this newly purchased dealership but seems we made a mistake and should have gone to one of the more professional dealerships that have been around for a few decades further away. We have purchased dozens of Fords from other dealers in the past and this was the first time we were so greatly disappointed with the failure our an organization to live up to such a simple promise. Made a appointment 1 1/2 week ago because of in need of a loaner car . Called the day before to drop off and was told no car available. Was told to call back that day and still no car don’t call this very good customer service. Had better service and work with you to solve problems at Nashua Ford ,made a big mistake buying a vehicle at Plymouth Ford! It’s a shame you try to stay local but you get treated terrible once they sell the vehicle you mean nothing to them . More
