Forged lease contract My niece leased a Honda Accord 3 years ago and I went with her when she purchased her new vehicle. She did a 15k lease and has the original paperwork to prove it. When she turned her lease in Honda had a forged lease contract showing 12k a year Instead. When I call d the dealership to straighten out the problem they said they had to look for her file and could take weeks to find. When I called the finance director he had the same document in the computer that my niece did but would not call Honda to fix it. The general Mgr wouldn't return phone calls and the sales manager didn't care and said fix it with Honda yourself. Honda would look at our documents that was correct but believed the botched forged docs that wasn't her signature. We will win in court with triple damages and will call the attorney generals office if they won't fix the problem. They said we owe 2k when in fact we only owe about 400 I have bought many cars there in the past but now that earnie boch doesnt own it anymore they are out to screw you. Watch your docs. When you ask for 15 k they give you 12k and if you catch it on the docs they will forge your signature. They don't even want to see what we have. See you in court with triple damages I guess. I personally will never walk into the Honda dealer again. They are crooks. I take offense when they rob my family!! More
Horrible slimy salesman - horrible experience - buyer beware I had been contacting numerous Honda dealerships to buy a new Honda CRV EX-L 2017. Had been contacting this dealership for close to a week via phone a I had been contacting numerous Honda dealerships to buy a new Honda CRV EX-L 2017. Had been contacting this dealership for close to a week via phone and email (a couple salesmen tag teaming it). They gave me a great price, and told me the 3 cars they had in stock (all black). We had been in contact every day for the past 3 days checking where we were in the process, financing etc. I ended up getting a pre-approved draft check from DCU because their rate was better, and this dealership said that was fine. I confirmed everything with the dealership, then went to the bank @4:30 pm. The dealership is an hour away from where I live (which is why I wanted to do as much over email). I drove to the dealership. When I got there, some random salesman met with me, not the ones I had been dealing with. Then he says "I understand your looking to buy our last black Honda CRV EX-L, great!" The everything started, talked crap about my trade in saying the price I wanted was way to high even though it was below the KBB price (which wasn't even a big deal). He gave me a hard time saying they wouldn't accept the draft check. After discussing with him, he went in the back for a good 10 minutes. He came back out and goes "We will take the draft check, but now we don't have the color black. We actually sold it earlier today." What a horrible bait and switch, clearly trying to manipulate me. He gave me the other option for colors which were the 2 most unpopular colors. Clearly he wanted me to finance through them so they could get some kickback. I was so pissed. I had confirmed the price, car, color , draft check, everything before I drove down an hour, got there and said draft check is no good, and at first saying the black was available, then going back and saying it wasn't. Unbelievable. Will never use this dealership again - Boch is tainted in my eyes now, especially this dealership. More
Motivated dealership! I spent almost a month looking for a CR-V. I visited 3 other Honda dealerships and did not get nearly the attention that I got at Boch Honda. He took the time to sell me the car that I had spent way too much time on at other dealerships. Also I got the BEST deal with the Best price!!!!! I was interested in buying a new 2017 Honda CR-V LX. I didn’t make a deal the first day which was fine. The sale person (Jack) who was nice call me the next day and we negotiate a new deal that I agreed with ($1200 more). However, When I went next day with my wife and children’s after receiving their call to finalize the deal they made me sit for a long time and said sorry we can’t change the price, take it or leave it……. They played this cheap trick as they know that I went with family and would not disappoint my kids and wife. But I convinced my family and went the same day to another Dealer in Norwood (very professional and Business educated people). Will give zero stars if I can again. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. RUN FAR AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! More
