The car is fantastic (2015 Honda Accord V6!) so even though it sold itself, Amine dedicated himself to getting the paperwork done quickly and answering any questions I had. He also spent time going over the features of the vehicle, etc. I know that if I have any need for this vehicle, I can count on Amine to assist! Matt in Finance was also helpful and got me a great finance rate. Sweet! More

Derek confirmed Boch had the car I wanted in stock and promised me a test drive ASAP with no pressure to purchase. It was 8PM and Derek confirmed Boch was open till 10PM. Therefore I visited Boch Honda that evening and was driving the car I wanted within 1/2 hour from my arrival. There was no "over the top" pressure in buying the car that night. The next day I came back and bought the car. It took 1.5 hours to traded in my old car and buy a new one. Great service and great price. My sales person was Gary Lee. Gary and his supporting crew were all extremely professional. More

My sales representative was Simon Suen, who was very helpful. He gave a test drive, went over the car's multiple features, and offered tips to ensure my resident permit parking would transfer without a hitch. I unfortunately had to return the next day as I got a flat tire driving home (rocky road) - they were very accommodating, determined the tire was beyond repair, replaced without parts or service fee. Recommend! More

Bad experience, some may not! FYI did hear from husband and said not to have tires replaced, good call. I went there due to prior ownership of car serviced there. I live two miles from another dealership, which I will use in the future. Service was for an air bag recall – waited three weeks for appointment. Over phone was told it would take about 1 ½ hours or less, okay can wait. Once I arrived was told 2 hours, now I wished made plans to drop off. Told service advisor I would be waiting and let him know if I leave. I went into the waiting area, then advisor seeked me out to inform me that I need new tires. Told him I would check with my husband and let him know. Could not reach husband and informed advisor letting him know as soon as I hear my husband I would let him know. Again he asked are you leaving. I said no and again will let him know if I do. An hour goes by and I see this advisor coming in and out of waiting area approaching different customers. I then realize that all these customers came in after me, so I thought I would check on the status. Advisor said he called me and left a message the car was ready – check phone for message and I don’t know why I didn’t hear it ring, 8 seconds of mumbling and call was placed an hour ago. I told him that I was in the waiting area the whole time, not even a bathroom visit, why was I not informed in there; he thought I left and so he called was his reply with a shoulder shrug. In the end he could not find my car keys because they were filed under prior owners name – they didn’t even take the time to add my name as owner of the car. Advisor never asked again about the tires, were they worried about my safety or just replacing tires (making money). More
STAY AWAY, they filed loan for car we didn't buy. Lost $1.5k Stay as far away as you can from these folks. We came in and looked at a red 2010 Subaru Forester. The salespeople were all friendly, and even though they went for the pressure sales tactics ("What price do I need to offer to get you to stop shopping now"), we played ball, and ended up with what we thought was a great deal. We signed some paperwork, but added a clause to everything that said "subject to independent mechanic approval" (despite their protests at how stupid this idea was). Surprise, the mechanic finds a leaky head gasket. After paying a second mechanic to confirm the problem (their head of service insisted there was no leak), they refused to lower the price or fix it. I wasn't happy with the games, but fine, they didn't want to deal, so we walked. 2 weeks later, I get a statement from my bank saying my first loan payment is due for my Forester. They took out the loan for the car in our name, without our consent!! I called them out, they scrambled to fix the issue. After many apologies, they claimed we were all set, the loan was canceled. The following week, we are buying a different car at a different dealership, and find out the best loan they can get us is more than DOUBLE the interest rate of the original offer I walked away from Boch with. Same bank and everything. Turns out, that loan Boch filed was still on my credit history, which knocked my credit score by nearly 100 points. I talked to Valentin (the initial salesman), Chris (the sales manager), Bill (the used car manager), and Kevin Collins (director of finance, who was completely condescending). They all refused to accept any responsibility for the situation. They wouldn't even admit any mistake on their part now. The end result: I'll be paying over $1,500 more in interest thanks to the complete incompetence and borderline criminal behavior of this dealership. Save your sanity, your wallet, and your credit score, and stay very, very, very far away from these crooks. More
