He was funny, and went above and beyond anything we expected. He completely went over all paperwork with us and all the things that we could purchase as an add-on if we wanted without being pushy. What a pleasure he was to deal with, and a true professional for helping out a fellow co-worker that was busy. He knew my husband and I were under time constraints and he saw to it that he got us out of there in time, without sacrificing anything that needed to be done. Can't say enough about this man.
