Good experience I met with Kirk Derderian and he was knowledgable, friendly and not pushy. We got a second rep for delivery ( after several calls) who did a beautiful job of explaining features and answering questions. Finance person and 2nd sales rep also dropped the ball TWICE. We never received sales paperwork (2 weeks later - still not here) and we already have a bill from the bank. We requested this a several times as well and were told that they would be sent. Love the car, had a great initial experience, but are disappointed with lack of communication and follow-up. More

Fantastic experience beginning to end My experience at Boch Honda West couldn't have been more enjoyable. I leased a 2016 Honda Civic and traded in a 2007 Toyota Camry. From my great sales My experience at Boch Honda West couldn't have been more enjoyable. I leased a 2016 Honda Civic and traded in a 2007 Toyota Camry. From my great salesperson (Chris Driscoll) to the sales managers and finance people; all of them treated me fairly and with respect. Throughout the negotiation process, I never felt like I was being given the typical runaround you get at many dealerships. It was very direct, with no games and no being held hostage until you finally crack and agree to a bad deal. Ultimately, I got a fair deal and am thrilled with my new Civic. Without hesitation, I recommend Boch Honda West for anyone in the market for a car. More
