But then we found out a bunch of new information about the car that made us waver, including a massive premium hike quoted by our insurance. We wavered for two weeks and decided to come back for another test drive for a smaller cheaper car and ended up going for that instead. Chris was pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. He was friendly, pleasant to both my wife and two-year-old son, not pushy, didn't try to hard-sell anything, touched base with us periodically and didn't try to steer us to the bigger more expensive car. He was also careful not to overpromise (e.g. when we asked when the car we were initially interested in would arrive, he gave the Honda estimated date but mentioned a high likelihood of delay as the vehicle was not in transit yet.) We are the type that hate the car buying process, but our experience with Chris has definitely exceeded our expectations. He stayed late to allow us to take delivery the night of signing even though we told him that we're fine with returning the next day to take delivery as we live close by. This was after we negotiated a very good price on the vehicle and interrupted two of his customer leads earlier in the day (we seem to show up at the worse time for him.) We would definitely recommend Chris to anyone we know that's interested in a Honda. More

The car had some scratches on the back and the front from the previous owner and the dealership as well as Jose made sure it was buffed and did a really good job taking care of their customer! They definitely have my business for many more years to come! The reason why I stress this point is because this was my first car, and the 5 other dealerships I had gone to before really gave me a hard time and were mean when it came to negotiating for the cars price. This is the only place where I can truly say I got stellar customer service! More
