I had the same service associate, Jeff K both time - friendly, knowledgeable, available and quick to take care of everything. Better communication Everyone here is super friendly and I love that. But I was very annoyed when I made an appointment to get a new tire. I’m leasing this car from you less than a month ago, and when I ask for a rough estimate to have an idea, the rep said they couldn’t give me one since they don’t have access to that information. Fine. What really annoyed me is when I arrive to my appointment, im told they need to check to see if they have a tire in stock. Cool. They didn’t. So I had to have it ordered and come back. I don’t work in the area, it’s very difficult for me to come by. I think it’s obvious that I’m coming in for a tire replacement, is to make sure the actual tire is there. Ordering and paying I could hace done over the phone or online or on my way home. Not waste an hour waiting for a tire to be ordered to then find someone to take the car to be serviced. Very annoying. More
