Bait and Switch These people advertised a white 2013 Traverse LTZ with 55k miles with a retail price of $22,987 crossed out and their “velocity price” as $21,987. I l These people advertised a white 2013 Traverse LTZ with 55k miles with a retail price of $22,987 crossed out and their “velocity price” as $21,987. I locked in that price and was in communication with Alyssa Rogers about driving 6 hours to buy this vehicle. They took my credit card information for a down payment to hold the vehicle for 72 hours. I was quoted an out the door price, twice of $21,987 plus a doc fee of $479. We got there, and the used car sales manager, Jim Kemos, told us that the adverstised price was wrong and that Alyssa was not authorized to quote me that price. Even though their website advertised it as so (I have screenshots). Alyssa told me in her email that her used car sales manager, Jim, quoted her that price. I have all this in email. I went to their website and they had increased their retail value by over $2,000! They did this while we were there waiting because I just had their website pulled up on my phone an hour before hand with the lower price. As most of you know, this is called Bait and Switch and is illegal. These people will getting a letter from our lawyer. And we will also be in touch with the Attorney General of Massachusetts. More

Excellent car buying experience with Tim McLean! Tim was not only helpful, but enthusiastic in working to get me into my 4th lease of a Honda! I was downsizing from 9 years of Honda Pilot leases (3 d Tim was not only helpful, but enthusiastic in working to get me into my 4th lease of a Honda! I was downsizing from 9 years of Honda Pilot leases (3 different Pilots over the years...Wasn't sure about the CRV, but Tim convinced me to take a look at the updated model for 2017 which he explained was roomier and bigger than the previous years. Well,I loved it right away and he was right, it was much roomier than my husband and I thought. Tim spent much time going through the pros of this car and understood my feelings about going from a Pilot which I no longer needed size wise with a daughter who was now on her own. Tim was pleasant, honest and definitely not pushy! We felt very comfortable with him and he worked to move us out with the car that evening. He also spent time with me the next morning when I came to the dealership to have him help me learn more about all the technology etc with this new car. I wasn't use to this and was worried about all that it offered, but this extra time proved to be very helpful. Great experience Everyone was wonderful, Adrian was extremely helpful and friendly and got us into the car we drove 40 minutes to look at. Only negative was the process was very long about 6 hours from the time we walked in to the time we drove away but we understood as I'm sure they were understaffed on a Sunday.
