Good Expeirience I am not going to lie that my visit didn't start great...I sat waiting for somebody to help me after checking in for close to a half hour and I almost I am not going to lie that my visit didn't start great...I sat waiting for somebody to help me after checking in for close to a half hour and I almost left however I am glad I stayed. From start to finish I received friendly, helpful, professional service and I ended up buying my car there. They are fair and patient. Rick was an excellent help and he even stayed after he was supposed to leave to make sure I was all set. Rick wasn't a "car salesman" that term has a negative undertone...it was more like buying a car from a neighbor...just a regular guy who knows his stuff and will get you a fair deal. Buying cars is not a fun process but at Boch Honda West it wasn't painful and I ended up with a good car. More
