We got to the lot about five minutes before it opened, and started perusing. We looked for just a few minutes before we were kindly greeted by a sales associate. He came off very polite and sincere. He asked us questions to determine our needs and was never pushy. He kindly addressed any concerns that we had (being first time buyers, that was definitely a handful) and walked us through the lot showing us the different features and benefits of each car that peaked our interest. It wasn't long before we set our eyes on the car we wanted. Took it for a test drive, and we were sold! The sales associate got our paperwork started immediately, and made it very hassle free. Then he introduced us to the financial manager to work on financing the vehicle. He was also very polite and sincere. The paperwork was a bit overwhelming because we've never made this kind of purchase. The manager was very accommodating, and explained everything that we needed to know. After leaving the dealership (with our amazing new car) my husband and I felt ecstatic. It was such a positive experience all around! More

Returned because of the service 8/12/14 we leased our 2nd Hyundai from Tarbox. It is our 4th Hundai, the 2nd from Tarbox in 3 years and it was our 1st time leasing. We decided to stay with the Tarbox name because we also purchased a Jeep from them when they had the Jeep dealership in North Kingstown. Our sales rep Sadiq was attentive to what we were looking for in a car, he took us to the overflow lot just so we could see all of the inventory which was available. Overall the process of leasing was quick, and we felt that we received a fair deal. We even got to watch Ed Tarbox film a commercial while we were in the showroom.
