With the exception of the wait with the finance department,(it was a very busy Saturday afternoon) the process was wonderful! Went in to the heavily advertised "Tarbox Big Lot" on route 2, trying to get a feel for what kind/style of car I was going to get to replace my muscle car. All I got was harassed and insulted. Wanted to route 2, trying to get a feel for what kind/style of car I was going to get to replace my muscle car. All I got was harassed and insulted. Wanted to just go look around on the lot, and was immediately taken inside by a salesperson, who suggested I buy a nice used Hyundai Accent hatchback they had just taken in. This guy was unbelievably pushy, and when I did purchase a vehicle weeks later, this was the first dealership I crossed off my list. I would never recommend anyone walk in and deal with these sleazebags. I even sent an email to the general manager, and Mr. Tarbox himself. Never got a response. So much for caring about your dealership! More
