The best dealership I have ever dealt with I recently shopped around for a new Hyundai dealer to obtain a new Sonata. This would be my second Sonata purchase. From the time I walked in the door I felt confident I was in the right place. My salesman Jay Bruno was particularly helpful to my experience. I met everyone that was going to be involved in purchase even before I committed to the deal. No pressure and excellent knowledge on dealing with people. And the grand finale..... While I was there, Ed Tarbox came into the dealership. I quietly observed his interaction with his employees. There is genuine respect and admiration shown towards all his employees. I was thrilled when he came over and introduced himself and chatted.The funny guy you see on TV is alive and well and his name is Ed Tarbox. WOW, What a Surprise!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I stopped to look for a new car for her. We went to Tarbox first and we were never more surprised and pleased by the experience we had. Offered coffee, popcorn and asked us if we had a model in mind? My wife knew she wanted a Sonata so Al walked us through the lot at a leisurely pace and showed all that they had. He explained everything in great detail so that when my wife made up her mind, she got exactly what she wanted. when it came to the price and paperwork , it was so simple and painless ( Not like what I've experienced in the past at other dealerships). Awesome experience, outstanding service This is the second time that we have purchased cars from this dealership. While we had a good experience the first time, two years ago, this experience far surpassed that experience. Our salesman Fran Drake worked hard for us to put us into the cars we wanted at the price that we wanted. He was never pushing his agenda, but always looking for ways to make us satisfied customers. We were so satisfied, in fact, that we purchased two cars instead of one. He was able to save me a lot of money on my monthly car payment from what I was currently paying and we were able to get my son out of a lease that he was going to run out of miles on because his job situation had changed and he was now driving crazy amounts of miles all while getting him the car he wanted, in the color he wanted, at a price we could afford. Would definitely recommend Fran to anyone. Our financing experience was also excellent. Lynn Holston and Tarbox are the greatest My wife and I lease a 2011 Honda CR-V, we received in the mail from the Honda dealership a letter saying they would take the SUV back early. When we got there they could not help us for what we wanted are lease payment to be.and also they were cold.So my wife said lets go to Tarbox Hyundai and see what they can do. We were greeted right away by the manager who ask what we needed, and put us with Lynn Holston. We told him what we were looking for and he came through for us. We had six months of lease payments left,not only did they pay that off for us but gave us the lease payment we were looking for. We got a 2014 Hyundai Sonata which we truly love. Lynn Holston went out of is way to give us the car that evening,even staying after hours to explain every think to us. Tarbox and Lynn Holston are the greatest. More
