Before I took a look at the inventory, I talked to Gary in the Service Dept. He assured me I would be very happy with a new Santa Fe. He told me how much he liked his vehicle. I trust him so I headed for the showroom. Promptly met by Eddy Lopez and the search began I tested a Tucson too small.. tested a Santa Fe did not have the features I was looking for tested the Santa Fe Ultimate and bingo that was the vehicle for me. Everything else went smoothly and I drove that SUV home that day! Eddy Lopez ... very knowledgable PATIENT! I didn't feel rushed It was a big decision but he didn't push he listened & guided (good quality) I am in sales and I picked right up on that!
