Excellent Experience We were greeted once we came to the door, not approached, which was refreshing. I have had unpleasant experiences in the past purchasing cars so I was We were greeted once we came to the door, not approached, which was refreshing. I have had unpleasant experiences in the past purchasing cars so I was on defense (but polite). I explained exactly what I wanted, that I did not want to spend too much time there, and they listened! I was out of the dealership within the hour the first day (I asked for a specific color so we had to come back). When the car came in they called me immediately. The second visit took about 2 hours which was expected. What stands out about this visit is that the staff (including the Sales Manager, the Finance person, and the Sales Associate we dealt with) made the experience enjoyable. Great personalities! We were looking for a small SUV. When we drove into the lot, Christian met us right away. He listened for what we were looking for and told us that Hyundai did not make anything as small as we were looking for. He asked if we would like to look at a Tucson and take it for a test drive. He listened to my must haves and let us drive one pointed out the wonderful features it had. In total, I think he spent more than 3 hours with us, helping us through every step of our purchase. Even when I came back with questions, he took the time to help me. I am so happy that we stopped when we did. I love my Tucson!!! More

I just bought my 4th Hyundai!!!! I have been having my old 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT serviced there for 12 years. I have never been happier. They helped keep my car in good condition and I never felt like I was being ripped off. Every time you go into the service department they remember your name. I always enjoyed my trips for oil changes etc because they treat you like a friend. When I bought my new car (2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited) I received money off for my trade in as well as money off for Loyalty. I worked with the salesman Robert H and the finance guys and they lowered the price down to where I could afford to pay cash for the car. I even got the extended warranty because I didn't pay through the nose for the car. I was extremely happy with the customer service in the sales department and I love my car. I can't recommend this place enough and I look forward to doing many more years of business with them. More
