Unsatisfied customer With a credit score of 715 I was told my payment would go up $50 more a month once I sat with the finance manager Mike Doyle-even though the salesman With a credit score of 715 I was told my payment would go up $50 more a month once I sat with the finance manager Mike Doyle-even though the salesman Jon Delacruz had shook my hand and told me I got the price I wanted. I literally had to fight with Mike to get the price that they originally said I could have. Very unprofessional. Also Mike Doyle told me I could change my payment due date to the end of the month just by simply calling Hyundai leasing financing once I got my first bill. Hyundai leasing told me I could not do that. Very,very unhappy that Mike would've told me I could do that while knowing I could not. Also had to go back to the dealer three times after they told me I had to give them a copy of my registration when I never had it because it went back with the Tarbox Toyota that I turned in from a previous lease. I had to call the registry myself and find this information out and had to tell Bill who sits at the front desk which he gave me a form to sign. This all happened Christmas week with the registration issue. Very unsatisfied with this dealership. Didn't have this type of experience at Tarbox Toyota. More
