At Tarbox Hyu Few things we look for in a car dealership are 1. customer satisfaction, 2. professional sales people, 3. Clean and safe environment. At Tarbox Hyundai we found that and more. From first arriving at the dealership we were pointed where to park our car as there were no visible spots available. It was Black Friday 2016 and we were given Joel as our product specialist and Miguel as the sales manager. The car we test drove was in clean condition. Joel did answer 30+ questions we had and knew those answers with no hesitation. He was very professional and listened to us and what programs for Blue Link we wanted to purchase with the car and made the whole process smoother and less stressful. He also went out of his way to even ask, several times, if we wanted something to drink. After we made the deal he took us for a tour of the dealership where we headed to the service department where we found out the answer to a question we had asked earlier-he hadn't forgotten. Joel couldn't have done anything more than what he had already done for us-he never sat down. As we were with the finance department he was off making sure the car was cleaned up and gas was topped off. He parked each of the cars side to side so we could transfer the things from the old car to the new car. He made sure we had hooked up our phone and blue link and other settings in the car for seat and lights. We do plan to return on Sunday and know he will spend more time with us if needed. He takes the time and I'd definitely hunt him down for our next new car-because he knows the car from front to back and inside out. He explained things so we could understand them. He made sure the online accounts were set up and ready to go and he showed us how to login to them and use them. Business was clean and we even checked out bathrooms and waiting room for service. Heidi was our original contact person who sent us an eprice on the car and was very helpful with other information about the car. Sarkis was our finance wizard who listened to us, found out how we drive our cars and was able to meet our expectations and adjust packages to suit our driving needs. Due to previous experience with the previous car dealer and how we were taken advantage of with extended warranties and maintenance plans this dealership made it above and beyond right. Because of this action we know we will return to this dealership often and tell our friends about it. We even got to talk to a customer who was there for service for his car and he told us his experience with 2 cars in his family he had bought with the dealership and he was very satisfied. There was no pressure from anyone during this whole process of purchasing our new car. They did provide us with a simple, honest and hassle free vehicle purchase experience and we recommend them to everybody. More
